More About Me

Erika's priority is to offer her clients the best resources available for a successful buying and selling experience. Coldwell Banker made her decision easy, offering outstanding marketing and technology programs.

Born and raised in New Milford, Erika has enjoyed Litchfield County and all it has to offer. Erika has a diverse and entrepreneurial background. She has the unique opportunity of handling and training her family's line of German Shepherd Dogs, competing nationally and worldwide. She achieved a professional and competitive approach while showing under many of the most respected judges in the breed. She also enjoys her daily involvement in agriculture, the true backbone of New England.

She has a dedication to hard work in all aspects, both her personal life as well as her entrepreneurial life. Being involved in demanding fields such as her family's German Shepherd business, as well as agriculture, she has learned the true definition of perseverance. Erika truly believes a strong work ethic is the key to success!

Active in sports, she ended her career in New Milford Athletics as captain of the lacrosse team. She volunteers for multiple organizations in the area; however, she is most dedicated to the Disabled Veterans of America event held annually.

With a love for real estate, following in her grandmother's footsteps, her market knowledge of Litchfield County and surrounding towns provides her clients with the comfort level in their search for the right home. Her exceptional client services, market knowledge, meticulous attention to detail, and interior design skills, along with her lifelong experience of running two family businesses have demonstrated a dedicated work ethic. Her clients and their goals are her first priority.
